Michael Pierce
Position: Forester/President
Mike joined our staff in 1999 and is currently serving as President of the company. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Forestry. He is an Arkansas Registered Forester and has completed the Arkansas Timber Producers Association Professional Logger training course. He is also an active member of the Society of American Foresters.
Russell Pack
Position: Forester
Russell joined our staff in 2018. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Forestry. He spent several years working in the forest industry with Plum Creek before joining our staff.
Clint Pigott
Position: Forester
Clint joined our staff in 2021. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Forestry. Before joining our staff full time, he was employed by Silvicraft, Inc. on a part time basis, where he was able to gain hands on experience while in college.
Weston Hembree
Position: Forester
Weston joined our staff in 2024. He will graduate from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Business, in May of 2024. He has been associated with the timber industry all of his life through work experiences with his grandfather, who was employed by Silvicraft, Inc.
Alan Bickford
Position: Forester/Corporate Secretary
Alan joined our staff in 2006 and is serving as Secretary. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Forestry. He is an Arkansas Registered Forester and has completed the Arkansas Timber Producers Association Professional Logger training course.
Jeff Barton
Position: Forester/Vice President
Jeff joined our staff in 2006 and is serving as Vice President. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Forestry. He is an Arkansas Registered Forester and completed the Arkansas Timber Producers Association Professional Logger training course.
Andrew Hilton
Position: Forester
Andrew joined our staff in 2008. He graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Forestry. He is an Arkansas Registered Forester and has completed the Arkansas Timber Producers Association Professional Logger training course.
Sam Denison
Position: Forester
Sam joined our staff in 2014. He has gained many years of experience in forestry with various management companies in south Arkansas. This experience includes forest management, real estate, GIS, and marketing.
Brandy Pennington
Position: Road Foreman
Brandy joined our staff in 2012. He has many years of experience on all types of heavy machinery and maintains all of the timber access roads we use throughout the year. He has experience in using Arkansas Best Management Practices for constructing and maintaining roads and uses this to reduce the amount of erosion to as little as possible.
Meghan Scogin
Position: Office Manager/Administration
Meghan joined our staff in 2007. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in Computer Information Systems. She is responsible for keeping our entire office operating smoothly and efficiently along with maintaining our finances.
Karla Pace
Position: Accounts Payable-Landowners/Administration
Karla joined our staff in 2015. She graduated from the University of Arkansas at Monticello with a B.S. in History and worked for several years at the university as an administrative specialist. She is responsible for ensuring all of the landowners we work with a are compensated correctly and on time.
Kristen Hill
Position: Accounts Receivable/Administration
Kristen joined our staff in 2011. She has many years of experience working for a local accountant and is responsible for ensuring that the mills we do business with have compensated Silvicraft correctly and on time.
Katy Bryant
Position: Accounts Payable-Contractors/Administration
Katy joined our staff in 2023. She gained experience in accounts payable through owning her own business and is responsible for ensuring that the all of the logging contractors we work with have been compensated correctly and on time.
